ACS rates highly in national service agent contest…
Fujitsu Australia recently held a competition for its service agents Australia wide. 92 service agents participated in the contest and the top 17 were selected for the final. The agents were judged on their response times, call updating and efficient return of parts. We are proud to say that Adaptive Computer Services ranked second overall narrowly missing out on the top prize.
Lennox Medical Centre implement disaster recovery plan to remain operational through natural disaster…
When the mini tornado recently ripped through the community of Lennox Head, the town lost its power supply. Lennox Head Medical Centre was able to continue to provide vital health care to the community by implementing the disaster recovery plan that it had developed in consultation with Adaptive Computers Services. When power went down the staff were able to fire up its generator and run on emergency power during the crisis. The practiced procedure meant that the critical systems, including its computers, were able to operate with minimal interruption.
